Create delivery tasks, manage labels and parcels, capture carrier handoff, and maintain a traceable shipment record.
Bring fulfilment and carrier events into one timeline so teams can investigate missing scans, delays, and delivery problems.

Amazon data boundary
Our operating model limits Amazon Information to the seller, users, purpose, and time period required to fulfil merchant-fulfilled orders.
Read the privacy noticeThe seller grants access through Amazon OAuth and may revoke authorization.
Recipient name, address, and telephone number only when required for delivery.
No advertising, profiling, sale of data, or unrelated communication using Amazon Information.
Amazon customer PII is scheduled for secure deletion no later than 30 days after delivery, subject only to documented legal obligations.
Product
Big Bubbles OMS is designed for independent sellers and fulfilment teams that need controlled multi-store order operations without losing the link between an order, its warehouse work, its parcel, and its shipment confirmation.
Core workflow
Every stage has a clear owner, a recorded state, and a defined handoff. The product is not an advertising or customer-profiling tool.
The seller grants access to its Amazon account through OAuth.
Orders enter a tenant-scoped workspace for validation and fulfilment routing.
Warehouse users pick, pack, scan, label, and resolve operational exceptions.
Approved parcel data is passed to the selected warehouse or carrier workflow.
Tracking and shipment confirmation are returned to Amazon where required.
Maintain a consistent order workflow across authorized stores, users, warehouses, and carriers.
Keep physical warehouse activity connected to the seller order and its customer delivery record.
Integration scope
The production integration requests the minimum SP-API roles and operations required for the declared seller use case. Additional roles are not requested merely for future convenience.
| Order operations | Retrieve seller-authorized merchant-fulfilled orders and the minimum information required to prepare delivery. |
|---|---|
| Delivery operations | Create fulfilment and shipping work, capture tracking, manage delivery exceptions, and confirm shipment. |
| Restricted data | Use recipient data only where necessary to deliver the applicable order; access is limited to authorized users and time periods. |
| Notifications and reports | Use only the feeds, reports, notifications, and token functions required for the approved integration. |
| Not in scope | Advertising, buyer profiling, unrelated marketing, data brokerage, or access to sellers that have not authorized the application. |
Security and data handling
Security controls are designed around least privilege, tenant separation, encrypted transport and storage, controlled retention, monitored access, and incident response.
Unique identities, role-based permissions, approval, access review, and timely revocation limit who can work with Amazon Information.
Authorization, user access, queries, and operational actions are scoped to the applicable seller and customer context.
Production Amazon Information is protected in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher and at rest using managed encryption controls.
Authentication, administrative, application, and security events are monitored without intentionally placing Amazon customer PII in logs.
Encrypted backup and recovery procedures are separated from normal production access and tested against documented objectives.
Documented procedures cover detection, containment, evidence preservation, remediation, recovery, and required notifications.
Controls are represented as active only after implementation, configuration review, and operating evidence confirm them. Restricted production access is not enabled on the strength of a written policy alone.
Data lifecycle
Amazon customer PII follows a purpose-specific lifecycle instead of becoming a permanent customer database.
The seller authorizes its account. This is not consent from an Amazon buyer.
Only data required for the approved fulfilment and delivery workflow is retrieved.
Authorized users and contracted providers use data only to fulfil the applicable order.
Recipient PII is retained no longer than 30 days after delivery, subject to documented law.
Deletion covers live systems, exports, staging records, and restored backup workflows.
Service providers
Third parties receive only the minimum information required for their contracted function. Amazon Information is not sold.
| Alibaba Cloud | Production hosting in the UK (London) region and encrypted backup services in a separate region under controlled access. |
|---|---|
| Royal mail | Warehouse fulfilment and shipment processing where enabled for the applicable seller workflow. |
| Contracted carriers | Recipient and parcel data required to create and perform delivery for the applicable order. |
| Professional advisers and authorities | Information only where disclosure is legally required or necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. |
Provider details and processing locations are reviewed against current contracts and data protection terms. This page does not state or imply that any provider is endorsed by Amazon.

Direct contact
Operated by 广州臻亿电子商务有限公司.
For order delivery questions, Amazon buyers should normally contact the seller from whom they purchased. We support the authorized seller as its service provider.
Privacy notice
This notice explains how 广州臻亿电子商务有限公司 handles account, operational, and Amazon Information when providing Big Bubbles OMS.
This notice applies to the public website and Big Bubbles OMS service operated by 广州臻亿电子商务有限公司. For Amazon order fulfilment, the authorizing seller generally determines why its order data is processed, and we act as its service provider or processor. We may act as a controller for account administration, security, billing, support, legal compliance, and operation of this public website.
A seller's OAuth authorization is permission from that seller. It is not consent from an Amazon buyer.
Depending on the enabled service and authorization, we may process:
Data comes from authorized sellers and users, Amazon SP-API after seller authorization, enabled warehouse or carrier systems, and technical operation of the service.
We use information to authenticate users, connect authorized seller accounts, retrieve merchant-fulfilled orders, route fulfilment work, support pick and pack, create delivery tasks, handle labels and tracking, resolve exceptions, confirm shipment, provide billing and support, protect the service, comply with law, and maintain audit records.
Amazon Information is not sold, used for advertising, used to profile Amazon customers, combined for unrelated marketing, or used to contact recipients for purposes unrelated to the applicable delivery.
Each seller authorizes access to its own Amazon account through OAuth and can revoke that authorization through Amazon or available account controls. Users can access only the sellers, customers, functions, and records assigned to their roles.
Restricted delivery data is requested and displayed only where required for fulfilment. Access is limited to authorized personnel with a business need and is not copied into development or test environments. Revocation, loss of authorization, or service termination stops future retrieval and starts the applicable deletion workflow.
We share only the minimum data needed for a defined function with contracted providers, which may include Alibaba Cloud for hosting and encrypted backups, Royal mail for enabled warehouse fulfilment, and seller- or warehouse-selected carriers for delivery. We may also disclose information to professional advisers or authorities where legally required.
We require appropriate confidentiality, security, and data protection terms. Amazon Information is not sold. International transfers use applicable contractual, legal, and technical safeguards.
Our security program is designed around unique identities, role-based access, least privilege, tenant separation, approval and access review, encryption in transit and at rest, secrets management, audit logging, production and test separation, vulnerability management, controlled change, backups, recovery testing, and incident response.
Security incidents are handled through documented detection, containment, investigation, remediation, recovery, and notification procedures. Reports may be sent to et525300@163.com.
Depending on applicable law, individuals may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability. Amazon buyers should normally contact the seller from whom they purchased because that seller controls the order relationship. We assist authorized sellers with verified requests.
Sellers may revoke Amazon authorization. We may verify identity, account authority, and the scope of a request before acting.
This standalone public portal stores no cookies, loads no advertising technology, and sends no analytics events. The authenticated OMS may use strictly necessary session and security mechanisms for authentication, role, tenant, and language functions. Amazon Information is not used for advertising measurement or behavioural targeting.
The service is intended for businesses and authorized personnel and is not directed to children. We may update this notice when the service, legal requirements, or processing practices change. The revised notice will show a new effective date and, where required, additional notice will be provided.
Send privacy questions or verified requests to et525300@163.com. Security reports should be sent to et525300@163.com. Individuals may also complain to a competent data protection authority where applicable.
Terms of service
These public terms describe the baseline conditions for evaluating and using the service. A signed order form or service agreement may contain additional commercial terms.
Big Bubbles OMS provides order, warehouse, shipping, tracking, exception, and billing workflow capabilities described in the applicable documentation and order form. These terms apply to public evaluation and use of the service. If a signed agreement conflicts with these public terms, the signed agreement controls for that customer.
The service is for businesses and their authorized personnel. Customers must provide accurate account information, protect credentials, assign appropriate roles, remove access when no longer needed, and notify us of suspected compromise. Each user must use an individual account; shared credentials are prohibited.
A seller must explicitly authorize the application before it accesses that seller's Amazon Information. The seller is responsible for having authority to grant access and for selecting only the functions it needs. Authorization may be revoked through Amazon or available service controls.
Big Bubbles OMS is an independent service. Amazon does not sponsor, endorse, certify, or operate this website or service.
Customers and users must not:
Each party must protect confidential information and personal data using appropriate safeguards. Our handling of personal data and Amazon Information is described in the Privacy Notice and Amazon Data Handling Policy. Customers remain responsible for their instructions, legal basis, user access, data accuracy, and relationships with buyers, warehouses, and carriers.
Pricing is quote-based. The accepted order form identifies onboarding, recurring, usage-based, integration, and optional service fees, together with payment terms and contract period. Customers are responsible for applicable taxes and third-party fees unless the order form states otherwise. No fee is charged until a written order form or service agreement is accepted.
The service may interoperate with Amazon, cloud infrastructure, warehouse systems, carriers, and other customer-selected services. Those services are governed by their own terms and availability. We do not control their systems and are not responsible for changes, suspension, or errors originating solely in a third-party service, except to the extent required by the customer's signed agreement or applicable law.
We and our licensors retain rights in the service, software, documentation, design, and branding. Customers retain rights in their business data. A customer may provide feedback voluntarily; unless otherwise agreed, we may use that feedback to improve the service without identifying the customer or disclosing confidential information.
Service levels, warranties, support commitments, liability limits, and remedies are defined in the applicable signed agreement. Trial or evaluation access is provided only for assessment and must not be used for live restricted data unless expressly approved and protected by production controls.
Access may be suspended to protect sellers, individuals, the service, or third parties; respond to a security incident; address material non-payment; or comply with law or Amazon requirements. On termination or revocation, access ends and applicable deletion, export, transition, and legal-retention obligations follow the signed agreement and privacy notice.
We may update these public terms as the service or legal requirements change. The current effective date appears above. The governing law, dispute process, notices, and complete contractual allocation are stated in the customer's signed agreement or order form.
Questions about these terms may be sent to et525300@163.com. Privacy and security contacts are listed on the Support page.
